3. IDAX takes a lot of manpower and time to deal with the problem of the wrong currency address because of the safety requirements of the hot wallet, the processing cycle is expected to be more than 15 working days, please wait patiently;
4. If the deposited currency is not listing on the IDAX Exchange, please contact the official customer service staff in time;
5. Question about depositing the wrong address or depositing the wrong currency, IDAX has established relevant processing mechanisms, IDAX will do its best to recover digital assets for users. Remind the users again at the same time : Please confirm the deposit address of the currency before depositing, because retrieving the wrong currency is a complicated process, and the user also needs to wait for a long time;
