Since the launch of the finding bugs campaign last year, we have received feedback from 364 users. Many of these users are not coming for rewards, but they provided valuable suggestions for the development and progress of IDAX. Therefore, IDAX platform will fully upgrade the rewards for the event, according to the value of the user feedback, provide the corresponding number of IT rewards. All users are invited to find out any deficiencies in the IDAX platform in terms of functional design or service experience. And where further improvement is needed, we will openly accept criticism and correct it in time.

1 The problems found by the user during the registration-recharge-transaction-cash-out process, and the feedback content includes but not limited to function BUG, page design, operation flow, user experience, etc.
2 Take all the screenshots of all the bug you have found and write them in words; and send them to IDAX officialcustomer：firstname.lastname@example.org with your IDAX registration email. The subject of the email must include [Find Bug]. Once adopted, it will provide IT rewards based on the value of the feedback questions.
3 If different users find the same bug at the same time, the attribution of the reward is determined in chronological order.
4 The problem of user feedback needs to be true and effective, and the description of the problem must be simple and clear.
5 The rewards will be distributed to user accounts on the 10th working day of the following month.
6 If the incentive itself is stopped or the rewards that should be received cannot be served due to force majeure, IDAX reserves the right to change or amend the rules of the event and is not responsible for any of the above reasons. The final interpretation of this event belongs to IDAX.
